We wrote a Thailand eBook – get yours for just £10

In 2022 we spent a total of eight months living and travelling through Thailand. The majority of our time was spent on the islands of Phuket and Koh Samui which are Thailand’s two biggest islands.

We wanted to create a guide to share insider hints and tips as well as some of our favourite places to dine, sip and stay. This 200-page guide is only £10 and is available as a digital download. To get your copy CLICK HERE.

Keep reading for details of what’s included and some examples of what you’ll find in the guide.

CONTENTS

The ebook includes 23 chapters over 200 pages and after a brief introduction, you’ll find three sections with everything you’ll need to plan your ultimate Thailand adventure.

PREPARING FOR THAILAND

Chapters 1 – 7 cover everything you need to know before you fly, with packing hints and tips, details on how to extend your visa once you’ve arrived, how the weather changes throughout the year in different parts of Thailand as well as a guide to annual festivals and events and even how much it costs to rent an apartment, hire a vehicle and shop in Thailand.

GUIDES

These two comprehensive guides include over 300 recommendations of places to eat, drink, stay and play in Phuket and Koh Samui. With lists of island-wide activities, the best beach clubs, luxury hotels, restaurants and rooftop bars, where to find fire shows, night markets and exciting day trips to visit plus a brief introduction to each area. If you’re planning a visit to either of these popular islands, this provides you with everything you need to know before you arrive.

SURVIVAL GUIDE

The ultimate survival guide includes everything you’ll need to know for your first visit to Thailand. If you’ve ever wanted to know about traditional Thai massage, how to properly greet someone in Thai, what that little hose is attached to the loo, or how to avoid common mistakes, this chapter answers all of those questions and much, much more.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Included in the guide you’ll find over 300 recommendations, for places to eat, sip, play or stay. You’ll also find a brief introduction to each island, the history and island-wide activities such as popular boat trips, ethical elephant sanctuaries, unique Buddhist temples and a few rainy day activities – remember it is a tropical climate so be prepared for all types of weather.

We have both previously worked in hospitality, so we know great service and good food, each venue included in the guide is somewhere we have visited, spent time or been recommended by trusted friends who feel equally as passionate about quality experiences.

SURVIVAL GUIDE

I had only visited Thailand once before, back in 2013 and I stayed with family friends at a villa in a very quiet area of Koh Samui so I didn’t have an opportunity to explore as much as I would have liked, plus, as I’m sure is the case for many popular destinations, things look a little different post-Covid.

This section is jammed packed with information that I wish we had before setting off for Thailand and includes information on culture, language, animals and insects you’re likely to encounter, common mistakes and scams and even information on the legalisation of cannabis and the current laws surrounding its use.

HOW TO USE YOUR EBOOK

Once you’ve purchased your ebook, you’ll receive an email with a link to automatically download your purchase. It comes in PDF format so it can easily be viewed on all devices. Throughout the book, we have provided website links which will support you in checking vaccine requirements prior to travel, types of visas available and even how to convert your local currency into Thai baht.

  1. Awesome job guys. My wife and I love Thailand. We’ve not been there for a few years but always have fun there. On and off, we’ve spent 2 years in The Land of Smiles over a decade of traveling. Great people, immense beauty, amazing food and what a culture.
